I have been dealing with Cyber-florist for over 3 years now to provide flowers to a foreign country in which I don't speak the language. I have always appreciated their commitment to their customers, their communication, and their willingness to do custom orders. My last order delivered by the local florist was unacceptable. The flowers were the wrong color and not fresh. Cyber-florist made it right! They had the florist deliver a new bouquet, and my girl was thrilled with the new, still blossoming flowers! Extremely disappointed. The flowers came in a wrong color and after contacted the service they keep giving some poor excuses and acted like they don’t care. Will never order again.

I sent red roses to my wife in Moscow, Russia for her birthday and they were delivered exactly when required. I'm very impressed! The delivery guy called my wife to confirm delivery information and the flowers looked GREAT! I will definitely use this service again. 5 Stars!

Placed an order for same day delivery to Split, Croatia, which is in a different time zone from me, so it was late afternoon there… I received a notification that it might be too late for today, however they managed somehow and delivered flowers late at night on the day of her birthday!!! I have used a lot of online flower delivery services but Cyber Florist has exceeded my expectations. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my wife (who is abroad with her family at the moment) and the flowers were in great condition. The customer service was amazing as well!
